The Westminster Ringers' Mission Objectives include

To attract, organize, educate, and rehearse handbell ringers in all aspects of handbell music
To promote the art of handbell ringing
To encourage the public appreciation of and interest in handbell music
To educate others in the community through performances of handbell music and educational workshops
To function as a non-profit organization with charitable and civic functions
